This is the Austrian Training Manual agreed on at the first high ranking Austrian meeting on 2/27/2017 at 9:55PM EST. All of this is to be followed until reorganized in the future to a simpler or better form.
I: Discipline
- Basic discipline like, "Yes, Sir" and "Yes, Ma'am".
- Go over the no immaturity policy. (No one is to be immature in line or on-duty in a Austrian game).
- Talk about how you need to respect the higher rankings to be respected.
- Go over how your rank in the main group depends on your rank in your division.
- Go over faces and JJs.
- Go over SFL and STS.
II: Obby
- Make them do the obby together while the host and co-host fire guns during it to simulate a real life combat zone.
- Make them restart on the part they messed up on.
- Punish them with JJs for cheating.
III: How to act in a combat environment
- Show them the compass and GPS and how it works (k + p keys to get to them).
- Teach how to zoom out and find enemy positions.
- Teach how to report enemy movements (cords with GPS and the heading with the compass).
- Teach them to be aware of their surroundings.
IV: Combat awareness/tactics
- Show them and get them use to crouching or laying down when they hear gun shots.
- Get their reaction timing up so that they can be quicker to react.
- Teach them that if they hear a shot then to face the direction of the shot.
- Reactions like stuff.
- Show them the run cover to cover tactic (it's self explanatory, you move up while staying behind cover the whole time like running from tree to tree and bush to bush and try to stay behind cover and lay fire on the enemy from their always.
V: Gun drills
- Show them the "Q" to see their mags.
- Show them the "Q + B" to see their bullets in a mag.
- Show them the "Q + F" to change their rate of fire.
- Show them the "Q + E" to un-jam their guns.
- Show them the "T" which is called "Guard arms" in which they will use when patrolling.
- Show them "Order arms" which means to lower their weapons.
- Show them "Present arms" which means to equip their weapons.
VI: Graduation
- Get them all in formals with the formal beret and STS them at the STS square.
- All Pr########anked up to Pr#######irst Class automatically (unless they just did really bad).
- Salute the Austrian flag while playing this song ID, 318561519 (Austrian anthem).
- Congratulate them with a speech and then promote them up to the rank they deserve if any.
- Then dismiss the training.
