Upon passage of this resolution, the following shall be enacted:
(a) SR 1000 is repealed in its entirety and all resolutions repealed by Rule XXIII are restored in full force and effect.
(b) Senate Resolution 24 is restored in full force and effect.

This vote shall be opened requiring 2/3rds of the Senators voting in the affirmative for the resolution to pass.

It's my personal opinion that the current standing rules present more problems than they do solutions; an amended version with the input of each and every Senator would be a better option.
