NBC's should be able to sell limiteds

@Lego Everyone on this site deserves rights, whether they're NBC, BC, TBC or OBC. I ain't saying we should get a trading feature, we should just be able to sell limited's. Not unique ones, and yes of course with a higher Tax rate. I'm a realist, I don't care if I upset you.

BC is for being able to trade. if NBCs can trade, itll remove a BC right, making it less valuable. WNTS. sippin on jin and juice

@Call, for the 3rd or 4th time. I'm not asking for trading rights, I'm asking for selling limited's. I have no intentions of trading my current limited's.
