These are the Rules and Regulations for RoC members, you get 5 strikes before action will be taken to either get you removed, or demoted. If you can't handle the job, tell me and I'll deal with it.

RULES FOR SHOUTS.
• No spam shouting.
• Officers and below have to get shouts APPROVED before shouting them.
• Nobody is allowed to advertise places, forums. groups or anything related. Without permission from Gordon Freeman or one of Gordon's Personal Guards.
Consequences for breaking rules: Powers to shout revoked and you will be demoted to the rank of "Trusted Refugee" for 48 Hours.

RULES FOR HOSTING A TRAINING.
• 2 TDM's are required.
• Juggernaut rounds are optional.
• Wedge and STS Positions are required to be taught
• Training's should not interrupt raids or any other event being hosted at the time.
• If you feel like someone is trying to troll, kick them. If they come back and continue to try and troll feel free to ban them.
• High Ranks get to make the decision if you get promoted or not.
• MAKE SURE to always promote people you say you are going to promote, it helps to make a list.
• Must host or co-host a training at least every 3 weeks.
• The only ranks allowed to host training's are Senior Officers and above, Officers and below are allowed to Co-Host.
Consequences for breaking these rules: You will be demoted to Elite Spy until you can host a proper training. (You will be tested by a Ground Lieutenant+.)

RULES FOR GROUP ADMIN.
• You can not demote someone just because you dislike them, Unless they perform these Attacks:
-Releasing priv#######ormation
-Spreading cruel, untrue rumors
-Flaming
-Mocking
-Threats of real life attacks (if not joking)
• You can not promote someone just because you like them or know them. Period.
• You are required to check each and every account you accept into our group, you must check:
-If they are in the Robine.
-How old their account is (Must be over 100 days)
-Check if they are in any groups allied to the Robine

RULES ON EXILES.
• Joining the Robine is punishable by Exile (unless you are a spy)
• Giving out anyone's personal information is punishable by Exile.
• Exploiting, even if its hurting the Robine, is punishable by Exile.
• If a lower rank is trying to get another member exiled, he will have to present a case to Gordon Freeman with at least one Ground Lieutenant+ watching.
• Higher ranks must request permission to exile, with a reason and Evidence.

RANKING
• "Refugee" - First rank you get when you have been inspected and accepted by a Officer+
• "Trusted Refugee" - Gained when you have proven your loyalty to both the Rosistance and to the Refugee's of City 17
• "Novice" - Gained when you have a lvl 1 alt account inside The Robine or have, have proven yourself in combat, or have led a successful raid while supervised by a Officer+
• "Elite" - Gained when you have a lvl 3 alt account inside The Robine or have gained useful intel related to in-game, have proven yourself adept at fighting, or have led multiple successful raids against large Robine numbers while supervised by a Officer+
• "Senior" - Gained If you can get a lvl 5+ alt account inside The Robine or have gained useful intel about whats happening in The Robine, have shown immense combat skill, or have led skillfully and uniquely planned and successful raids against The Robine while supervised by a Officer
Note: Guardians, Commanders, and Sentinels are all of the same rank just assigned to show what they specialize in
• "Guardian" - Gained when you have been promoted by a Officer and have been assigned to Guardian rank. Guardians are the fighters and defenders of RoC. They are on the front lines of the fight.
• "Commander" - Gained when you have been promoted by a Officer and have been assigned to the Commander rank.Commanders are the leaders of RoC. They lead raids and rally soldiers to fight against The Robine.
• "Sentinel" - Gained when you have been promoted by a Officer+ and have been assigned to the Sentinel rank. The Sentinels are the spys of RoC. They intergrate themselves into The Robine and gain positions of power to fight from the inside.
• "Officer" - Gained when you have completed the "Officer Test" while supervised by either 2 Ground Lieutenants or 1 of Gordon's Personal Guards+
• "Senior Officer" - Gained when Gordon or one of Gordon's guards has approved this person
• "Ground Lieutenant" - Gained when the Senior Officer has completed the "Ground Lieutenant Test"
• "Gordon's Personal Guard" - Gordon's inner circle and his elites |
