It's really hard for smaller clans trying to get a start now, so in that area, yes. You have to have a lot of surrounding prestige to get a clan to start up and be formidable right now, because Roblox co isn't really helping us even indirectly.

There aren't enough clans starting up anymore, so there are fewer forts to raid. That's the simple way of viewing it. Another thing is a lot of clan community members have sworn "loyalties" and I feel like that may result in less members cycling around.
