【Prologue: My Experience in the USA】 Hello people of the USA, I, YoutubeDizzle100, would like to represent your best interest in Congress as a United States Representative, and I cannot do this without your help. I am a Republican, though I like to refer to myself as a "Common-Sense Republican," a "Rockefeller Republican, or even a "Roosevelt Republican." However when it comes right down to it my loyalties lie with the public, and so I make this a campaign of the people. Anyway, to get straight to the point, I am a weathered person when it comes to government, allowing me to lead with precise practicality. I have served in both Houses of Congress on several occasions, on top of that I have held most all the party leadership positions and further I have been Speaker of the House. In the Judicial Branch I was nominated to the Supreme Court by Lumidas where I made fighting electoral corruption a theme of my tenure, and within the Executive Branch I have worked within the Intelligence Community at various times. My experience in the past within all three branches of government leads me to believe I am a worthy Candidate for the House of Representatives. However whether or not I make it all depends on you, the people of this nation. You will be the judges here, as your guaranteed right to vote gives you the ability to choose who leads the nation's path in the near future. It is my hope that my experience and ideals are worthy enough in your eyes to get me a seat in the United States House of Representatives. ◘▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬◘ 【My Accomplishments in the Past】 As I mentioned before I have served a few terms in both Houses of Congress as well as served honorably on the highest court, and in that time I managed to get things done. I believe my track record shows that I am a capable leader, and I hope it is convincing enough to get your support. To keep this forum in of itself from being too long and complex, I will link another forum detailing it: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=194898263 ◘▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬◘ 【Issues in USA and the Outline of my Plans as a Representative】 A core problem in our Government today is the extreme inefficiency of its very day to day functioning, this issue is critical because it can go on to affect other issues. One component of this efficiency is documentation, as the manner in which we keep track of our laws and other dealings is horrendously unorganized and lacks strong oversight. For a time we stopped scrutinizing the nature of votes submitted in elections, due to the Supreme Court Electoral Committee ruling, of which I was the petitioner who pursued this ruling, however it was not adhered to the way I intended. Fortunately for the country, with the adoption of the Election Integrity Act last year, we are moving in the right direction. However, I have concerns with the structure as is, and believe the system could use some reform in order to be more efficient and better guard against corruption. I will formulate proposals in order pursue the goal of an impartial and efficient Electoral Court. Lastly I would like to briefly discuss our Constitution which as many of you may know is deeply flawed and creates countless problems, this is unacceptable. We need a new Constitution without glaring contradictions and disastrous mandates, and I will earnestly pursue that goal. ◘▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬◘ 【How I Plan to Fix and Deal with Issues Now】 I will not forget about my promises I make, I will not go back on my word. I will sincerely work to get done what I assure you will be done if I am elected. I will work to make sure our government is functioning properly and efficiently, and ensure that we write a new Constitution the smart way. I will bring forth the issues I see and my plans in more detail here and now, I will not run off of vague statements. I.【Threshold of Evidence for Proof of Passage】 Earlier in the forum I linked I mentioned my bill the RELIABILITY Act, and I noted that it had been deleted from Congressional documentation and forgotten. This isn't good because it means that the proof of passage is a discretionary idea, which can lead to illegitimate policies being enforced and people's biased nature causing them to evaluate laws in a non-impartial manner. On top of that along with the chaotic effects brought on by a lack of consistency, this state of affairs is bound to bring about constant argument that will eat into the time officials could be using to further solve problems. If elected I will ensure that the principle of a clear cut legal threshold of evidence and proof of passage will be brought back to the United States Government. II.【The Current Constitution】 I am unsure of whether this is some big secret, but the current Constitution we operate under written by Former Speaker FruitsZ is a DISASTER! It conflicts with itself, it creates disastrous problems, and it's just plain terrible. If elected I will fight hard to pass a new, consistent, and functional Constitution. Also, instead of just putting my own ideas into it, I will be asking my fellow officials and the American people what kind of things they'd like to see in the next Constitution that will guide our nation. III.【Electoral Courts】 As I touched on previously, the establishment of the Court for Election Review has moved us in the right direction. However, I do believe there is still room for improvement. The fact that sitting judges of the federal court are designated to constitute a government body, where they are subject to term lengths and political influence, does not bode well. Were such a system to be left unchecked, various Constitutional issues could arise. When considering that such issues were the entire reason that the Court for Election Review was established outside of the Article III Courts in the first place, it becomes evident that this aspect of the structure was a terrible oversight. The intent behind this body is just, however reforms must not be rejected out of hand. ◘▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬◘ 【Conclusion】 I said before that I plan to actually listen to my constituents, and I will indeed hold true no matter what office I hold. If you have an idea or there is something you feel I could do better send me a message, and I will not ignore you. America needs to be properly represented by true leaders, I did and still do wish to be one of those leaders. I will fight to fundamentally change this broken system, and I will work to promote legitimate government and competent leadership.
