Revolt™ Dom Rules and Regulations --------------------- Section 1: How To Play Step 1: First off, you must find a country to play as. There are however admin countries that are the following: UK, France, Germany and Russia. Step 2: Secondly, you must manage your economy and provide your population with everyday needs. You must also maintain your public happiness, in which we shall go into more detail with later. Step 3: Once you have managed your economy and made your people happy, you have the option of being an imperialistic superpower or a small economic hub for the world. Step 4: It is optional to sign a Confederation Pact with a country; meaning they will become your puppet. IT CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE! --------------------- Section 2: Public Happiness Rule 1: If you go to war more than 3 times in around 10 minutes, your people will be fed up and rebel against the government. If this is not role played; there will be a warning given. Rule 2: In order to keep your public happy, you must give them everyday needs, such as healthcare, food and other essentials. If your country is rich then you can invest in luxuries for your populace and entertain your people even higher. Rule 3: For those who want to increase national pride; national events will increase pride in your people. --------------------- Section 3: Economy Rule 1: Most important rule; if your economy is not stable and is fracturing, then your government will most likely fall apart and so will your country. Rule 2: During an economic crisis; your people will riot and rush to banks to take out their life savings; making the economy crumble. This is why you should always keep steady funding into your banks. If not, expect a financial crisis. Rule 3: Your economy must be realistic. For local world powers the average would be around $860 Billion to $2.3 Trillion USD. Rule 4: All economies are measured in US Dollars. --------------------- Section 4: Armies Rule 1: Most important rule: All countries and armies must be realistic. If this is not the case; then admins will some and find you and kick you. A small tip is that you use Google to find out facts about your country and get a proper amount for your army. Rule 2: Armies must be properly equipped; armies that are not equipped are more likely to fail during wars and moral will drop. --------------------- Section 5: Global Organizations Rule 1: An Organization MUST be realistic; if this is not the case an admin will find and kick you. Rule 2: Organizations can be of any kind; Defense, economic, etc, you decide! Rule 3: No spacey/inter-galactic federation organization bogus. Step 5: NO CORPORATIONS WHATSOEVER!
