Anyone found to have been abusing others by using foul language 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 be treated severely by 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐥𝐞. Any video evidence will be decided by the Tsar and General Staff. In any Russian / Napoleonic places you must abide by the tolerable hats that you may wear in these places.
