By the authority vested in me as the State Governor by the Docklands Constitution and Laws, it is hereby ordered as the following:
Section I — Details of Order
Executive Order №23 shall be created and to be documented under Docklands Archives and Records Administration.
Executive Order №23 is declared that Executive Order№13, Executive Order№14, and Executive Order№15 is now repealed due to hypocrisy. Individuals in the Executive Branch shall be notify that their admins in cities are now suspended until further notice. Attempt to use admin as this Executive Order is in effect shall resulted termination from your position in the Executive Branch.
This Executive Order shall be in effect prior to this release; accordance of the ability of C.I.XIV which allows the Governor to enact Executive Orders.
This Order is not intended to attack, discriminate, or violate laws, individuals, or religion in the State of Docklands; alongside with the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.
Any other Executive Orders that are pre-existing to set procedural actions to members or other actions regarding positions or departments apart of the Executive Branch before this order creation shall be executed and enforced as long as it is was not repealed by the Governor or struck down by the Supreme Court.
