This new department is about education, education and education. It is about making sure the personnal are of a higher standard when they reach Level-1, this ensures safety and professionalism. This document shows what they will be taught at different trainings.
L-1 Training:
- Basic rules of the foundation.
- Short history of the foundation.
- They get a chance to ask any questions of concerns they may have.
- Assistence in finding a department to join on completion.
- A tour of the foundation due to L-0 being very limited.
- Quick show of SCP-999 to explain safety around SCPs.
- Practise containment breach to emphasise the breach shelter.
L-4+ Training(Taken at L-3):
- Recap over the basics to see how much they know.
- HR rules.
- Rules of admin.
- Explaining proceddures.
- Personalised training in their area.
- Opportunity to ask questions about any concerns they may have.
There are also other training courses that any rank may take such as basic medical training to help get into the medical department, or basic combat training to practice firing the guns on site. |
