At Hex, we believe that our image to the community of ROBLOX should be portrayed as a company that can be respected and is consistent with its ideologies. For us to be able to create that image, the employees of Hex are expected to dress appropriately and follow the guidelines regarding uniform that we have stated below. Our uniform guidelines are as follows: 1. Employees from the ranks Trainee to Executive Staff are expected to wear the correct uniform according to their role within the group at all times in Hex's café, unless told otherwise by a Chief Executive Officer or higher. 2. It is mandatory that all staff should wear a natural skin color. Bright colors such as yellow and cyan are not acceptable. 3. Accessories that are large, distracting, or disrupt the routine of Hex in any way are not allowed. An example of an accessory that we consider to be large and distracting would be large wings or an item from the ROBLOX's 'Portrait' series. 4. T-shirts are not allowed while you are in a Hex uniform. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Failure to follow the uniform guidelines will result in you facing the following consequences: 1. If you are to violate the uniform guidelines for the first time, then you will be met with a warning and you will be expected to follow the uniform guidelines in the future. Please note that this does not give you an incentive to break the uniform guidelines due to the consequence just being a warning. 2. If you are to violate the uniform guidelines for the second time, then you will receive a 1 day ban from the Hex café. 3. If you are to violate the uniform guidelines more than two times, then you will be dealt with in accordance to the severity and frequency of the violations. If an employee continues to disregard the uniform guidelines that we have implemented into Hex, then this will be seen as you not wanting to portray Hex as a professional group and not wanting to improve on it, therefore you will be removed. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ If you are unsure as to whether you are breaking the uniform guidelines that we have stated above or not, then please contact a Chief Operating Officer for more clarification according to your request. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Signed, - TeaghanBerkeley, Chief Operating Officer at Hex® - foreve_r, Chief Operating Officer at Hex®
