Welcome to CPD. Now the following is a basic manual for how to be a good well trained police officer in CPD.

I. About being Active within the group.

If you are active every day and come to a training only one day and do that process over and over again, you will mostly likely to be promoted to the next rank for being active and being at the training. Being active reflects on you a lot. If you are inactive and do not show up at a training and you are the same rank, then be more active, show up more at the training. The more you show up at a training the more you will be taught. Being active is for everyone including high ranks for hosting the training.

II. Disrespect

How does disrespect reflect on CPD? Disrespecting other members of CPD will not b
really good. If fifty percent out of one hundred percent of everyone who is in Chicago Police Department disrespecting the other fifty percent, most likely everyone will be the same at that level of disrespect and no one will have respect for each other. If someone starts something and that person continues to pick on you, just ignore it and walk away or report it on the group wall. If you say something back to that Civilian/Officer things will not go down pretty. Be nice to each other and show respect back. If it’s serious report it to a Superintendent+ or on the wall. And it will be dealt with authority to that person and a emai#####ROBLOX support. As regularly reporting someone on ROBLOX, mostly gets ignored.

III. Purpose of being a High Rank in Chicago Police Department

What is the purpose becoming a High Rank? Being a High Rank in Chicago Police
Department means that it's your job to do anything that you can do for the members of this group. You can host TRAINING'S, PATROL CHICAGO, BEING A ROLE MODEL and BEING BETTER at everything that you have accomplished so far. A high rank in a police group helps out with the lower ranking members of the group and help them with everyday problems and try to make that person feel better for something that happen to them or they feel bad for not getting a promotion at a training. We are trying to act as a role model for you guys, so you can see how it's like to be a high rank in Chicago Police Department.

IV. Training's

What is there to know about training? Training are set to make you feel ready to be a officer. Training is the reason how people become better and smarter. If you do not do really good at a training and disrespect the trainer, not following the rules, and showing off then you will not get promoted for all of that. Do a good job and you might get promoted. IF you ask the TRAINER " Can I be your Co-Host?" or "Will we get to have any Co-Host today today?" and if you ask the trainer these questions then you will get TEAMED as a TRAINER if you are SERGEANT+. If you are picked as a Co-Host and you "Abuse" your power, You will be SUSPENDED for one week. If you do it again and you show disrespect back then youmight have a strike on your name for multiple counts of disrespect to the trainer.

V. Abuse of Tools. (Handcuffs)

If you abuse your handcuffs and you arrest a CPD member or a Government Official for a false report, that officer will do anything he/she can do to get you suspended for false arrest. You can NOT go around and false arrest people for no valid reason. The High Ranks should TRUST you with handcuffs. If you did this in real life, you will no longer be an officer. We should be able to TRUST you with handcuffs and not abuse them.
