{General Rules}
1) Do NOT ask for ranks. Spend your time to earn the rank.
2) Do NOT take advantage of your rank to abuse, misbehave, or be excepted from the rules.
3) Respect your superiors, your subordinates, and your friends.
4) No profanity or offensive language is allowed.
5) Spamming on the group wall is not permitted.
6) Do NOT impersonate as anyone else.
7) Keep slang and keyboard emojis to a minimum. Don't let it be an exception to the training rules.
8) Always use grammar so that people can understand you. You should be fluent in English in the first place.
9) Asking for training will decrease the chance of training on that day. Asking for promotions will lead to an immediate demotion.
10) If you witness anyone abusing in any way, report to a higher ranked officer. If you don't do anything, you may be accused for participating in the action. Provide visual evidence as well.
Disclaimer: Failure to recognize above stated will result in immediate demotion. Constant misconduct will lead to expulsion.
{Administration Guidelines}
1) Do NOT abuse your admin powers to your advantage or desire. They are given for you to make less work.
2) Always deal with unexpected situations with a calm manner; do not purposefully start arguments or shout at people for no valid reason.
3) Opinions from trainees are not always wrong. Listen to them and give the credible feedback. Do not holler at them because they asked a "stupid" question.
4) Free ranking is strictly prohibited.
5) Never encourage trainees to do something wrong, or illogical.
Disclaimer: Any administrator who failed to abide to the above stated will result in the withdrawal of administration privileges, as well as immediate suspension if misconduct continues.
{Training Rules}
1) All instructors must begin training by acknowledging the following statements:
— PTS is always in effect. So trainees are not expected to blurt out.
— Manage yourself so that you contribute to a safe and professional environment.
— Insubordination will NOT be tolerated. (Meaning the defying of authority will not be taken lightly.)
— Your instructor or junior instructors may fail you at any course at any given time for a valid reason.
2) All trainees are to follow the instructions, and not wander off to other places.
3) You are not authorized to get administration commands by simply asking. There is no reason as to why you need it.
