You may find hosting training sessions confusing, hard, questioning, mainly when it's your first time hosting. Keep in mind, Chief Executive Officers+ can host training sessions. Please follow this guideline for training and hosting a Poison training session.

[PART 1, HOSTING A SESSION]
If you're having trouble hosting a training session, this is your guide to read! This will explain all the sequences, schemes and troubles you may have while hosting.
First of all, when you schedule your session, make a shout format like: "Training Session! Hosted by SmhRoss, Head down to the training center for a job! Trainee's only!"
[YOU WILL POST THE SHOUT 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE SESSION ACTUALLY BEGINS.]
After shouting, and when time has come to start your session. Make sure to lock the server with the command ";slock". When you do this make sure to change the shout to something like: "Training S-locked! Sorry if you couldn't make it, please attend another session!"
You are able to remove un-needed staff from the server.
Once you've s-locked and changed the shout you may begin your session with a message like: "Hello! Welcome to the [TIME] Training Session! I will be your host for today."

Once done the rules, check all trainee's for safechat. To do this you may politely ask all of the trainee's to say "n3rd."
Once all safechatted trainee's are removed from the server, you may pick trainers from other MR/HR's in the server. Small Ranks may help if no other are available.
Then you may start your training session.

[PART 2, TRAINING AT A SESSION]
A trainers job is to train trainee's so they can move up to their desired rank. Trainers must use the correct guide, which is this one itself. Please read the whole guide to know how to properly train.
First of all, the host will choose you to train, and will give you temp-moderator. Once you are chosen you must wait S-T-S (Shoulder-to-Shoulder) against the wall until you're addressed by the host to go to your positions.
As a trainer, depending on what rank you're training. You should just go over basics of the rank, which you should know. You will also do a troll test on the trainee's and testing them for their intro's etc.
Once you've done training, you will bring your trainee to the host, (Or rank them yourselves if you're a HR) and ask the host to rank your trainee to the rank they trained for. Then if you're done, you can ask the host if you're dismissed and if they say yes, you are free to leave.
