Sell your Xbox One and join the PCMR. It's cheaper, supports plenty of controllers, and has better performance!

Roblox isn't in charge of what the devs in the community do. The people who make those games aren't Roblox employees, and they certainly aren't going to be able to change anything just because some random kid asked them to on an irrelevant forum
