Welcome to the Shake application guide. After sending this in, you may or may not receive a promotion to trainee. All applications should only be sent to Manager+. All other applications will be denied. Please give the staff member you send your application up to ONE WEEK to respond. Please also do not send the same applications to more than one staff member. If you do you will be ranked back down to customer if you got promoted. To become a junior barista, please attend a training. Trainings are hosted regularly.

(3) How will you treat a customer that cuts in line and/or being rude?
(4) Will you stay with this group for a decent amount of time?
(5) Why do you want to become a junior barista or better in Shake?
(6) Why do you think we should hire you instead of someone else? What qualities can you add to our community?
(7) Will you be polite to all the customers and respect higher ranks?
(8) Have you read through the guides to know the recipes, and how you will be trained?

I, (username) swear to be kind to all customers that come in Shake's door. I promise to respect higher ranks and be an honest member of Shake. I agree to the fact that I will be demoted for inactivity, rudeness, hacking, not following orders/directions, being rude to customers, and being rude to other staff.
After completing this , please send it to Manager+, including the paragraph underneath where you replaces (username) with your name. All questions go towards your application, and you are not always assured to be promoted. You may only send in 1 APPLICATION until having to go to interviews instead.
