2. Make the ingame notify:
"Welcome to Phase I training. Please note: If you are not in the service you may be kicked/server banned. Thank you."
3. Start by making the Trainees STS in front of you: helpers fall behind.
4. March around.
5. Make your way into the training room.
6. Start by introducing yourself, who you are, what rank. Then introduce your assistants.
7. Start by asking:
"What is the purpose of a police service?"
Wait for answer.. judge it.
8. Move onto Community Policing.
- Why?
- Car patrol is better? (No)
- How?
- Who?
9. Move onto evidence.
- Why?
- How?
- What types?
- How vital and why?
10. Move onto kit.
- Radio - use of it. (inc. States, Communication etc.)
- P.A.V.A - when to use/use of it.
- Baton - when to use/use of it. (SECOND RESORT - Don't use during foot pursuit.)
- X26 - when/use of it. (LAST RESORT - Try not to use it.)
- Notepad - use of it. (Link back to evidence.)
11. Move onto Role-playing.
- How?
- Bannable?
- Acceptable?
12. Test them.
- Take to hall
- Test use of P.A.V.A,
- Test use of Baton,
- Test use of X26,
- Test community policing.
13. Pass/Fail them on database. |
