Can Promote to Warrant Officer
Promotions are earned by attendance at training's and raids/Defences. Based how you conduct yourself. Wearing the uniform, not swearing or flaming etc.
Do not ask for promotions.
All HR’s/HC’s are able to demote Send the Commander a pm with who, and the reason.
