Welcome to the rules part of the IHOP handbook! This part of the handbook will discuss the rules we have here at IHOP. This is not to be strict, but only so our staff and customers can both feel comfortable. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Do not troll: This rules goes for everyone, staff and customers. This is one of our most important rules, because its what happens most often. Consequence: A warning, which can lead to 3 warnings, which will then result in a kick. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Hacking is prohibited: Hacking is one of the main concerns, because this is what makes customers and staff most comfortable with. Consequence: Automatic ban, and fired as a staff. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Hinting MR’s/HR’s is prohibited: Hinting was a rule made just for staff. Hinting includes asking an MR/HR if you can serve them, or talking about how long you have been working in from of an MR/HR. Consequence: 3 warnings, then suspension if continued. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Admin Abusing is not tolerated: This rule was created for MR’s and HR’s, or just any admin. We do not tolerate admin abusing. Admin abusing Consequence: Automatic suspension for as long as needed. No warnings. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Do not wear inappropriate attire: This is a rule that makes most uncomfortable. This means wearing things that can be disrespectful to others religion, personality, idols, etc. Consequence: Customers get 3 warnings, then a kick. Staff will get 3 warnings, kick, then demotion.
