Article III Judicial Branch 1. The Judicial Branch comprises of the Supreme Court who is then headed by the State Chief Court Justice. 2. The Supreme Court comprises of five judges, one being the Chief Court Justice, which serve life terms by appointment and or at the end resignation, or removal. All judges are appointed by the Governor, and the Congress may control how many judges there are in certain circumstances. 3. When a Supreme Court Justice does not fulfill their duties, they will be taken off the court and a new justice will be appointed by the Governor. 4. The Supreme Court has the power to interpret the law and deem any law unconstitutional based on its purpose and change to law.
