Be it enacted by the United States House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States AN ACT To replace the use of RCL as the main training method of agencies with Pokemon. Section 1. Federal Department and Agencies are required to do the following: a. No longer host RCL Trainings. b. Use pokemon as the only method of training for Law Enforcement Jobs. Section 2. a. Anyone caught hosting an RCL training for a federal agency shall be held accountable if they're caught violating this act; their punishment will range from suspension for 1st time offenders to being fired from their job in any agency for any repeat offenders if found guilty by a federal judge b. Anyone can be found guilty of violating this act if they host an RCL training and shout it in a Discord Server or ROBLOX group. c. If any high ranking officials that were approved by the senate or appointed by the president are found in the violation of this act, they are subject to impeachment from their office. d. Anyone who thinks an individual or the whole department or the agency are in the violation of this act have the right to sue and get a trial scheduled by a judge. Section 3. a. Any act found conflicting with this act is here by repealed if this act passes. b. This act will be put in effect after being signed by the President of the United States, or getting the veto overridden if the President decides to veto it. Signed by, Representative Idiotic_Leader
