Be it enacted by the United States House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States,
An Act To Remove Speeding Laws from both DC and LV
Section 1 (Reasoning)
Speeding Laws in NUSA are useless. Basically every single person in LV and DC and some get arrested for it. Also, There is a big difference between speeding and reckless driving. This will not remove reckless driving but remove speeding laws. People can still drive super fast and not be reckless with their car.
Section 2 (How This will Work)
Basically people can go any speed they'd like at LV and DC as long as they keep their car under control. It'll basically be like all roads in NUSA are the autobahn (That German Freeway)
Section 3
This act will be put in effect after getting signed by the president or getting the veto overridden (if president vetoes it.)

Considering we revolve around Role-play; we should really have Speeding and more ways to enforce it. Personally, I don't actually think many people get arrested for Speeding.

"I don't think many people get arrested for speeding" It's funny that some should still suffer because of the values of roleplay. Sorry but no. Speeding Laws is just an excuse for a cop to FA someone. Everyone speeds and if the cops actually enforced the law more properly than 99% of NUSA would be in jail for speeding. |
