[TFC] Postponing launch date

We're not going to be done with our development with a while as the majority of our hicom and developers were sadly struck by family issues at around the same time. We'll continue developing our current fort but give a hard look at launching with current tech as soon as our activity rises. While it's not the super high tech stuff we were planning, it's by no means bad. Lastly, we will be trying to reform our officer corps and try to recruit more uh purposefully to get the clan active again.
