DISCLAIMER: This is not my idea. Somebody else (whose name I do not remember) posted a thread that said this.
Okay, so there's the template. Each template has a specific thing in the corner, each different, and that thing cannot be tampered with at all. It can only be saved once. There will be bots who stop the copied shirts. if the thing in the corner has been tampered with, the bots will not let it pass. If it successfully passes, THEN it is reviewed by the moderators.
Any thoughts, suggestions?
Post them here.

Yeah but what if they keep the thing in the corner the same?
Like the maf all you do is talk. one-one-one |
Then it will pass through the bots since nothing was changed

No- it can only be saved ONCE. If it's saved again, it will be considered "tampered with"
So if someone takes the original copy then puts it in it'll be considered copied?

i feel like a 404 page not found might be better
Well the bots will take it as tampered with

And how the hell is it detectable... If someone saves the template to their computer (after it was uploaded by someone else), there's no way for any bot to register that as tampering unless it's spyware. ROBLOX can't detect when someone saves something to their computt... |

Wait, it depends on what you mean...
If it's saved once, it isn't tampered with.
2nd time it's saved, it is

@NFS, when you save something to your computer, if it's been saved multiple times, you'll notice the quality gets worse each time. The quality of the thing in the corner gets worse, thus "tampered with" after the 2nd time, but not the 1st, because they can program it to make it so that it isn't too much a quality loss.

And how is ROBLOX supposed to detect that? And how would that even be considered legal... |

@NFS, Of course it's legal... When they put in the template, THATS when the bots check it...

Put it in where... You don't state anything, which is why your claims aren't getting anywhere |

@NFS, if you put the copied template into the "create shirt" thing.

Okay so here's what happens according to your logic. Someone copies the template and places it into photoshop, or they simply upload it. By what you are saying, the bot simply checks the corners for tampering once the template is uploaded the second time. Only one problem, which completely flaws your idea: When and how does the corner get "tampered" |
don't really understand how the corner thing works at all |
there will be a sort of stamper in the corner to make it so it can't be tampered with.
This stamp over time will have quality loss since users are saving it then pasting it over again and again.
This will trigger bots that will be made sure that the quality stays the same and doesn't get worse.
And if this isn't enough, mods/admins will look over the shirts/pants to make sure that it's not copied.
Good idea but a waste of time for mods.

And how would the quality loss happen... How can ROBLOX detect the copy and pasting? |
You can't steal ROBLOX shirts because the template is covered with a grey R. Why not add this to all templates? |
you know you can still copy it by just removing a digit from the id

if you repeatedly save things over time, they get worse and worse in quality, the same would be in ROBLOX where the person has to save it there first in a file and then if someone copies it the quality would get worse with each save.
This was someone else's idea im just elaborating the best I can.

One problem: Chances are, it's going to be several different people saving the template (each saving from the same template), meaning there won't be major quality loss |
