This is not considered a Staff Rank. ==================================LOW RANKS============================== 3) Awaiting Trainee: Thank you for your interest in our hotel. We received your application as it was accepted. You just need to attend a training session to become staff of the hotel. 4) Housekeeping: As a Housekeeping you are going to make sure the hotel is Tidy & Clean. There is an assigned housekeeping desk and you will be answering the housekeeping phone calls. You will have a vacuum cleaner, a mop and towels to hand out to guests if they need one as well. 5) Bartender: As a Bartender you are going to serve the guests with the Food & Drinks they desire. You are also going to answer the phone for Room Service and deliver the food to that Room. 6) Receptionist: As a Receptionist you are going to be handing out rooms to guests of the hotel. You will answer the phone and answer questions or complaints. 7) Sercurity: As a Security you are going to make sure everybody is where they are supposed to be. Your job will be to protect the hotel and guarantee its safety from spammers, exploiters, etc. ==================================MIDDLE RANKS============================== 8) Head Of Security: [THIS RANK IS EARNED, NOT APPLIED FOR] This is the Head of Security, you are to instruct Security what to do and be on the lookout for anything suspicious and to stop Trollers. This rank is given to Hardworking Security and must be a Trusted Staff. 9) Head Of Services: [THIS RANK IS EARNED, NOT APPLIED FOR] This is the rank to control the LR's. 10) Head Receptionist: [THIS RANK IS EARNED, NOT APPLIED FOR] This is the Head of Reception, you are to instruct Receptionists what to do and be handing out rooms to our lovely guests. 11) Management: [THIS RANK IS EARNED, NOT APPLIED FOR] This rank is only earned with hard work, activity, and dedication. As a Manager you are to direct everybody and make sure everybody is on task and productive. You are also expected to do any jobs not being done, such as: Reception, Bar, Housekeeping, etc. 12) Senior Management: [THIS RANK IS EARNED, NOT APPLIED FOR] This rank is only earned with extreme activity, no signs of Abuse, and dedication. As a Senior Manager you are to direct everybody and make sure everybody is on task and productive. You are also expected to do any jobs not being done, such as: Reception, Bar, Housekeeping, etc. You are to also check on any Abusing Staff and report them ASAP. Senior Management has 2 additional responsibilities: 1) Applications: Senior management has been given access to review applications in our Application board. Please review the application and send it to either the Passed or Failed list. Those in the Passed list will be ranked by a HR staff.Always look for grammar, complete sentences and experience when moving them to the Passed list.There is not a set number or applications that you must review daily, but we think 15 applications a day is a good number. 2) Senior Management will also be giving MOD in the MTI Center. We have a training schedule. Please attend the sessions to co-host or host it if the HR is not available. If the HR is not there to rank, please pm the names of the people that were trained with the rank they trained for to the HR who was hosting that session. Do not miss-spell any names, or it will be impossible for the HR to find them and rank them. ==================================HIGH RANKS============================== 13) Developer: This rank is too build the hotel and make the hotel nice. 14) Shift Manager: [THIS RANK IS EARNED, NOT APPLIED FOR] This rank is given to the best of staff, both productive and on-task each and every day at Hilton Hotels. SM's are expected to make sure each and every staff member are working their job, give warnings, reviews applications, host training, etc. 15) Chief Operating Officer: This rank is requested to host interviews and work hard to get the rank 16. 16) Board of Directors: [THIS RANK IS EARNED, NOT APPLIED FOR] This rank is given to GM's who have done a excellent job at Hilton. GM's who host training almost every day and come to the hotel on a daily basis. These Staff have stunning Grammar and great responsibility. This rank takes time, patience, and confidence to get. This is the Highest Rank to achieve. 17) Co-Owners: This rank is Reserved for the Developer / Scripter of the Game ONLY. 18) Owner: This rank is Reserved for the Owner of the group and Builder of Belle Hotels. =========================EXPECTATIONS OF HR============================= In addition of all of the Admins rules, due to the importance of your rank the below also applies: 1)Read and process applications. 2)Host at least 2 training per week 3) Post the training in the Trello board at least 2 hours before training stars. 4) Always shout your next training in the group wall in advance, and with specific time. Example: Training at the MTI at 2:00 PM CST. Do not say “Training now”. 5) Once training has ended, shout “Training Ended”…. 6) Try not to cancel training once posted. Have another HR or Senior Manager host for you instead. 7) Do not hold random and unnecessary meetings 8) Do not sell, trade or rank friends. Ranks are earned 9) Do not advertise in our group shout or group wall for other groups, even if they are allies. Owner or vice must approve first 10) Be mature, cordial and represent the Hilton group with utmost integrity Inactivity or failing the HR expectations, results in demotion/removal of rank.
