i put the numbers 1-16 in a list randomizer on random doyt org and whatever number is higher than the opponents wins so say i got 4 7 1 5 6 14 9 11 8 3 12 15 10 16 13 2 find the matchups 4 wins over 13, 7 wins over 10, 1 wins over 16, 5 wins over 12, 6 wins over 11, 14 wins over 3, 9 wins over 8, 11 lost, 8 lost, 3 lost, 12 lost, 15 wins over 2, 10 lost, 16 lost, 13 lost, 2 lost my final 4 off that was villanova-st marys and uc davis-butler

I got #2 Duke vs #15 Northern Kentucky using a random number generator with 1 having the lower seed (ex 1) advance while 2 having the higher seed (ex 16 advance).
