Hello Essex. Most of you will know by now that I'm super, your DCC. I've made this little newsletter to clear some things up. First of all, many of you will share the worry about March 18th.

It's by Cindering, the creator of RHS and it might make the March 18th rumors a little more clear.
Secondly, the Essex HR & HC Team are fed of quite a few annoying questions. So, here's the answer to many of them:
Q: Will/can you host a driving licence test?
A: If the HR/HC is a driving trained instructor they can, but they may not want to. So don't ask. They happen when they happen.
Q: When's the next training?
A: Trainings are hosted at random by any HR or HC. Asking for trainings is BANNED.. They happen when they happen.
Q: Please promote me?
A: Okay, I'll 'demote' you to [UI] Under Investigation for askings for ranks, against the EP rulebook. You can tell your investigators why you asked..
Q: Can I fly that helicopter?
A: Unless you're a SASU trained pilot in the Special Air Support Unit division, then no, you can't.
Okay, hopefully that's cleared up some increasingly annoying questions..
Moving on to yet another subject, Police Community Support Officers are, stated in the Act of Policing for the United Kingdom, not classified as fully training passed & trained officers. Therefore, they must be supervised to make any arrests, and the only tools they may carry are:
1. Radio;
2. Handcuffs (only to be used when supervised)
Right, now all the boringish stuff is over, I have an announcement.

1. Recordings of trainings;
2. Recordings of patrols;
3. Essex Police promotion videos. (NO, NOT A 'RANK UP' PROMOTION VIDEO, ONE TO GET PEOPLE A TASTE AND GET THEM KNOW WE'RE HERE. Goodness gracious.. ;-;.)
