To host an Interview session Say on the shout "[INTERVIEWS] Hosted by: (your name) at (the time you are hosting in EST time zone) Slocking at start time. Hope to see you there! C: For example: "[INTERVIEWS] Hosted by: 7XxCATxX7 at 9:00pm EST. S-locking at start time. Hope to see you there! C:"
When you begin your session Lock the server by saying :slock on
Then say your greeting for example ":m Hello! Welcome to my Interview session. I'm Cat and I will be your host today!"
After your greeting ask everyone to spam f90k for example ":m Can I have everyone spam f90k?"
Once you kick the people that have safe chat you can begin the Interview session and make sure you change the shout to [INTERVIEWS] S-locked
Have everyone seated, and all interviewers (can be any MR/HR rank) go onto the stage to introduce themselves, and wish the hotel guests good luck. This should take no longer then 5 minutes. The host will tell them to use grammar, be thoughtful, and wish them good luck.
After intros, you will start by saying the rules. You will say something like “:m Please read the following rules that will help you pass your interview.”
Here are the rules:
1. You must answer all questions in under 1 minute. Exceeding this time limit will not allow you to get points.
2. You must use grammar at all times. Not using grammar will not help you pass.
3. You must obey all rules and be mature.
4. You must be respectful to all people around you and never be disrespectful.
5. You must be over 31 days old to pass and and must not have safechat.
6. Have fun, and good luck!
Then have each Interviewer take and interviewee and interview them, with the Palm Tree interview questions.
Interview questions:
Q1) How did you find Palm Tree Hotels & Resorts?
Q2) Why would you like to work for Palm Tree?
Q3) Why should we hire you over anyone else?
Q4) Do you have any qualities that make you fit for this job?
Q5) How could you contribute to Palm Tree?
Q6) Would you want to work your way up to the top at Palm Tree?
Q7) What mindset would you have when working at Palm Tree?
Q8) How active do you plan to be at Palm Tree?
Q9) Will you follow the Palm Tree rules? Will you listen to higher ranks?
Q10) Do you have any additional comments you would like to share?
Please note that the player will have 1 minute to answer each question.
If the player does not act correctly, or follow instructions correctly. Do not accept them.
Now the Interviews are in progress, If the player passes their interview ask the Host of the session to rank them for you.
