What we do: We assemble games, by those developers who chose to participate in a certain project. Each developer can only be in one project at a time. Projects, however, are only limited to one per Project Manager. However, there is not a limit of Projects open at one time. More information will be given below. How to become a PM: PM is short for Project Manager. To become a Project Manager, you must participate in at least two projects in Septal, and you must come to Stedms with an idea that you believe would be a great project for the developers in Septal. The Project Manager will be separated in the game description, for recognition of their contribution to the project. Project Managers will propose the amount of developers needed for each project they come up with. Each PM can only have one active project at a time. Once the game is fully released, the PM can submit another project to Stedms, and repeat this same process. How to become a developer: Message anyone ranked Board of Directors, or Stedms with a link to your work. Also include what rank you would like to be, I.E: Builder/Scripter/GFX. Also include any prior experience. Not all developers will be given credit in each project. The names of the developers that worked on the project will be in the game's description. How payment works: The payment is decided by the Project Manager. 10% of every project is taken out for group expenses, such as ads. Each PM has 90% to divide among the amount of developers they hire, including cash for themselves. How projects work: Project types are decided by the PM. The two types are Parts and Free. Free is where each developer is invited to a team build where they all work at the same place, at the same time, on the same thing. Parts are where developers are assigned parts to finish by a certain date. Parts are assigned by the PM. How firing works: The PM can fire any developer within the first week of starting a project. After that one week is up, the developers are permanent until the project is over. Project Managers can be fired at any time, such as if the PM is not active, or the project is dying out. The only people that can fire a PM are the Board of Directors, and Stedms. Owner of Septal: Stedms. Septal Link: https://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=3157439
