BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF DOCKLANDS CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Obstruction of Justice shall be deemed illegal.
SECTION 2: Obstruction of Justice shall be defined as the acts by which justice is obstructed may include bribery, murder, intimidation, and the use of physical force against witnesses, law enforcement officers or court officials.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by Law Enforcement agencies, State Congress and the Judicial Branch.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall be in effect immediately once signed.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
