First of all, you must be a Senior Barista, that is active and is a hard worker. You must be Senior Barista for over five days and have a good understanding of our handbook and it's rules. A qualified Senior Barista should be Helpful and Respectful, and make their work look almost effortless, and shouldn't ask to be Promoted, keep up the great job and that will make you have a higher chance to become a member of our Supervising Team. You should not ask to be a part of our Supervising Team, nor hinting, hinting is not allowed, and could lead to a demotion. Points do not make you Supervising Team, it is being active and having good character traits we like! Not everyone can be a member of our Supervising Team, only around 20 people can be a part of it, therefore if the Supervising Team slot is full don't say things like this, "Give me Supervising Team", "I don't care the spot is full, still give it to me".
