Formed just two years after the creation of the USCPF, the Government Civilian Supply Agency was the result of the large influx of refugees in the American wasteland who needed supplies, money, and radiation-protection equipment. The GCSA’s goals were to provide for the undefended, injured, irradiated, and hungry refugees. In the early days of the apocalypse, they set up in USCPF forts throughout America. By the late 2060’s, they had their first fully functioning outpost in subzone six of Rockport, Florida. After the establishment of the outpost, their popularity among refugees as well as their funding from the USCPF and government remnants only went up. In the late 80’s and early 90’s, the GCSA found that the major hotspots between USCPF and CDF territory to be great places to set up shop. During this time, they also played a large role in allowing the USCPF to transform into the United States of America.
When the Atlanta Crisis occurred, many workers in Southern facilities and factories were lost never to return to the North again. After this loss, the GCSA pioneered the “Western Expansion” which set up their base of operations at Fort Outlook in Pearl City, Hawaii. The expansion also included a volunteer program all over the United States. While in Hawaii, they served people from CDF and USA territory alike in a move to lessen tensions with the CDF. In recent years, they have helped refugees and neutral wastelanders in the 2nd American Civil War in an attempt to roll in more money to support the war effort.
