I personally don't like motion blur while gaming, but it's great to watch.
This is probably already scriptable, if it isn't, I'll try making this at some point.

There's already a blur effect. I'm sure there's some way to detect how fast your moving your camera, so those two things combined, it's more than likely already scriptable. |

you could do that but it will simply blur the screen, no "motion blur" where the blur direction is based on which direction the camera goes, and people have already done a scripted "motion blur" with the blur effect and it looks awful

It does matter. Someone who joins only a year ago generally has no idea what they're talking about as they haven't had enough time to experience ROBLOX and it's evolution. Even you are lacking a bit of experience by joining in 2014. The same could be said for me. But the point is, it's experience that matters.
