Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. Article 1 Section 5 Clause 4 shall be changed to "No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time." The changed version shall be amended to the U.S. Constitution Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. Don't let the legalese deceive you. This sneakily makes it so that Senators and Representatives can be appointed to offices before their terms are up; allowing the executive to entice votes or get rid of legislators they dislike by promising positions; practically a form of bribery.
