There might be. But there are definitely swimmers from Canada that swim in the NCAA. Like Santo Condorelli who swims for USA. There are also many swimmers from all across the globe who swim collegiately in America. Primarily because the US has been the main big swimming country in the world. So all the swimmers flock here because the US is obviously doing something right in terms of swimming.
