These are the requirements for all gymnasts in their respective brackets, please use CNTL######o##er to find your bracket.
Always remember to:
• SALUTE BEFORE and AFTER each routine.
• Follow your level requirements and read through them before coming to class.
• Work on your routines and make them better.
♥ -Tryouter Bracket- (Level 0)
• BARS: Be able to perform giants, (rotations around the ba#####• FLOOR: Be able to complete a tumbling pass. (a set of multiple flips, typically 7-8.)
• VAULT: Jump on a springboard, one flip off the springboard.
• BEAM: Flip mount, one combo, and a jump dismount. (Combo is a shorter set of flips.)
♥ -Novice Bracket- (Level 1-2)
• BARS: Be able to perform giants and one transition.(Switching from one ba###o the next.)
• FLOOR: Be able to complete two tumbling passes with a change in direction.
• VAULT: One flip on the run-up, one flip off the springboard.
• BEAM: Flip mount, two combos, and a jump dismount.
♥ -Intermediate Bracket- (Level 3-4)
• BARS: Be able to perform giants and two transitions.
• FLOOR: Be able to complete two tumbling passes with a jump twist. (change in direction with a jump.)
• VAULT: Two flips on the run-up, one flip off the springboard.
• BEAM: Flip mount, three combos, and a KTM dismount.
♥ -Advanced Bracket- (Level 5-6-7)
• BARS: KTM or Spring dismount off of the ba####hree transitions.
• FLOOR: Be able to complete three tumbling passes with a flip twist. (change in direction with a flip.)
• VAULT: Three flips on the run-up, two flips off the springboard.
• BEAM: Twist mount, four combos, and a Spring / Twist dismount.
♥ -Elite Bracket- (Level 8-9)
• BARS: Four transitions with a KTM relatch (relatching on to a previously caught ba#####• FLOOR: Be able to complete four tumbling passes with a KTM twist.
• VAULT: Four flips on the run-up, two flips off the springboard.
• BEAM: Twist and roll mount, five combos, and a jump twist dismount.
♥ -Selective Bracket- (Level 10)
• BARS: Five transitions with a spring relatch, including a twist dismount.
• FLOOR: Be able to complete five tumbling passes with five changes in direction. (Optional: Spring twist.)
• VAULT: Five flips on the run-up, two flips off the springboard, (one of them has to be any flip that propels backward.)
• BEAM: Twist and spring mount, six combos, and a KTM twist dismount.
♥ -Competition Bracket- (Level 10+)
• BARS: Five transitions with a spring relatch, including a jump twist dismount.
• FLOOR: Be able to complete six tumbling passes with five changes in direction. (Optional: Twister twist.)
• VAULT: Five flips on the run-up, three flips off the springboard, (one of them has to be any flip that propels double. Double front, double back etc.)
• BEAM: Twist and spring mount, six combos, and a KTM twist dismount.*
