THE OFFICIAL TŞ PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, RULES AND REGULATIONS DESIGNATED TO THE LEAGUE'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
ABIDANCE OF THESE RULES ARE COMPULSORY.
The implementation of the 'Board of Directors' rank was officially established on 06/29/2016, less than a day prior the appointment of the league's first Board of Director, IceRolex, a promotion from his former position of Staff. Subsequently, new rules were passed to lessen the extent of power held in the role of Board of Director(s). One of these rules were the mandatory involvement, discussion, and approval of the Board before the ratification of a new decree.
Disappointingly, however, overtime the obtained power has been utilized to be in favor of a director's associated team on several occasions. Emotions, like partisan, has also been a recurrent issue when deciding critical conundrums, most commonly suspensions and the rebuttals of certain instances regarding controversial goals, fouls, or anything related to the official TŞ Professional Football League handbook. As a director, being sophisticated, composed, and impartial are significant aspects to maintain trustworthiness and credibility. Resentfulness is just one of the many behaviors that are not tolerated in such a notable position, which is why a new rule will be introduced as of 03/27/2017:
• Any member of the league aspiring to become appointed as a Board Director MUST HEREBY NOT be affiliated with any participating nor latent team within the TŞ Professional Football League. Violation of this will result in a demotion, and if an unreasonable objection is formulated, the objector(s) will be handed a short-term suspension lasting a maximum of 2 games.
ADDITIONAL MESSAGE:
I myself have become irritated over the constant controversy transpiring at the end of almost every contested match. It seems as though the former Board hasn't done its assigned job to supervise and instill concordance among the players affected by the disputation of ended or undetermined matches (results), but further inflame provocation. Their representation of a "utopian" union has been sadly proven futile, their passion and competition has shrouded their ability to bring affirmation, or hope, to the entire league, which is why the most logical resolution is to appoint directors held in a neutral perspective, the league stands for the preservation of fairness and competence between anyone and everyone within it, hope you all understand.
