|Section 1| (Teams) In JBL NCAA, A Team Can Consist Of The Following [1 Team Owner, 1 Assistant Coach, 15 MAX Players, And a Trainer...lol if needed] If a Team Has more than what the rules say...He/She will be suspended.
|Section 2| (Players) In JBL NCAA, A Player can Play up to 5 Seasons, ANd then He/She Can either...(Become A HR....Become A Head Coach/Team Coach...Declare for the JBL NBA Draft...Or simply Retire, and become a fan.
|Section 3| (Games) In Each JBL NCAA Game, There is a Total of 2 Quarters Which are both 10:00 Minutes. This Season, The JBL NCAA Board Have Decided to add A 5:00 Minute Overtime Instead Of 3:00 Minutes After Regulation.
|Section 4| (In Game Rules) Ths Season in JBL NCAA, The League Has Become more strict with Our Calls Made on and Off the Court. New Referees Have been Hired that are expirienced. The Following Calls/Fouls are below with there result of Consequence.

*Over The Back* ( The Player will recieve 2 Warnings, After the 2nd Warning, The Player will Be Ejected)
*Press* (There will be a Total of 5 Press Warnings To A TEAM. After the 5th Warning, Whoever Presses...Will Be Ejected, and a Technical will be in place)
*Cherry Picking* (If a Player Is Cherry Picking, The Team will get a Technical Foul, and The Player who commited the foul will have to sit for 1 Quarter)
*Self IB* (If A Player Self's, Then The Ball will be turned over to the other team, and the opposite team will gain possesion)
*10/5 Seconds* ( If these fouls take place, Then The opposite team gains possesion)

|Section 6| (Season) In The JBL NCAA Season, Each Team will get a total of 10 Games Played Including the Playoffs. The Top Four Will be taken.
|Section 7| (JBL NBA) If A Player decides to enter the NBA Draft, then he can do so, but he must have played atleast 1 season in the JBL NCAA, and Atleast 5 Games That Season.
