Goodmorning, members. I guess we are here to talk, this time, about punishments of Premium Corp, im right? Great. Then let's not waste any more words and let's begin. Please notice that Fans and Supports are excluded and not subject, cause they are group members, but they do not technically work at Premium Corp, so they are subject to no one of those punishments. Well, once i cleared it, let's start.
Warning: A warning will be given you if you misbehave, disrespect other members of the corporation, or don't respect the corporation rules or the corporation Discord rules in general, so this can be classified as a low grade punishment.
Strike: A strike will be given you if you before received 3 warnings for misbehaving. Strikes just get given when misbehaving becomes serious, so it is classified as a middle grade punishment.
Suspension: A suspension from your job will be given you just if you before received 3 strikes, that equival to 9 warnings. Suspension are very serious disciplinary actions that should not be taken lightly, as they classify as middle-high grade punishments, and because a second suspension will not be given you, since if you continue misbehaving and causing distress in the corporation, you will be fired.
Termination: This is the maximum punishment that can be given in the corporation. As the name already suggests, it consists in you being fired from your position in the corporation and being removed from its communication channels after receiving 6 strikes. Luckily you can always be re-hired when you are deemed necessary again, unless you was blacklisted/exiled.
Blacklist/Exile: This is a superior punishment over the maxium that can be given to the corporation toward a fired member of it and a preventive measure, and is just applied to ban an individual from being employed in the corporation ever again if it is deemed with confirmation from both the Council and me too a threat to the corporation or to the corporation business. Blacklisted members will also be listed on the corporation Trello, and as fired members, will be removed from all of the corporation communication channels.
Those are all punishments in Premium Corp. Im sorry, guys, but they are needed. Perfect games need perfect organization. Perfect organization needs perfect rules.
