afaik The Donald had nothing to do with this, I'm all for more military spending (especially since a buddy of mine is going into the Navy), but there is literally **no reason** to use Windows in the context of security and cost, especially if you're just going to replace the user interface *anyway* with your own software.
There's a reason why we say you get programs that crash Windows, with the system, for free.
