The Secretary of Homeland Security nor the President has decided to change this, so this is still accurate information.
Whether you like it or not, this is how the property is mandated. And unless Columbia's developers decide to remove the White House, this is the range of the grounds.
Also by the way, get your USCP agents to stop breaching the President's home. I managed to see your agents scurry away when I joined the server earlier today. If I happen to catch it, USCP's clearence level may never chance depending on the SECHLS's feeling of the continuous breaching.
