The guide below will give a detailed description of how training sessions are expected to be run.

[SHOUTING FORMATS]:

Next, go to the Training Centre. Find the room with the chairs and stand on the stage. Have everyone sit, then you and your co-host will welcome everyone. After you have done that, go over the training rules.

Before you begin, please have the host or co-host name trainers by "Trainee", "Junior Barista", and "Barista". Senior Cashiers cannot attend trainings. Once you have named all your trainers, please tell them to go to their designated spots in the training centre. Now, you may go over training rules with the trainees.

[TRAINING RULES]:
Rule #1: Grammar must be used at all times while being trained. Failing to use grammar throughout your training will result in a demotion.
Rule #2: Respect your trainer and other employees around you. Failing to show respect towards others will result in a demotion.
Rule #3: If you fail your training, please do not argue or cause drama with your trainer. You can always attend another training session!

After you have gone over the rules, please tell your trainees to go to their designated serving areas varying on what rank they are. Have trainers for each rank stand outside the doors and have themselves named so it is clear for the trainees. Now, everybody will find themselves a cashier. If the baristas are full, trainees may share a cashier together. Now that everyone is settled and in their spots, you may begin the training stages.

After all the stages have been completed, please decide and tell your trainee whether they passed or failed that training session. If they failed, please dismiss them and tell them to leave (If they don't leave, you may kick them). If they passed, tell them to talk to a General Management or above to be ranked.

Once the training session has concluded, make an announcement on the group shout to let everyone know. Here's an example of what your shout should look like:
Trainings | Concluded! Congratulations to those who passed, and better luck next time to those who failed. Head on down to the restaurant for some delicious food!
