Why 5.5, if you don't mind me asking? At most, you'd need like 1,000 to get a clan created with full ranks and then another 1-2 for graphics.

jesus christ never get an alienware. build a custom pc OR go on a website/shop where they will build pcs for you to the specifications that you want. though honestly starting a clan with only 5k and a tablet ain't gonna work mate.
