The RoNation of Chaone (RNC) declares it's existence. RNC is a hybrid roleplaying/war group that is looking for citizens and soldiers. Think of RNC as a mixture of the State of Firestone and common war clans. At the moment, RNC is looking for recognition, a general, HRs for the roleplaying part, and soldiers/citizens. If all goes well, our first declaration of war will be in the Summer. Any wars declared by/against us before summer will be nullified, as we will be training soldiers between then and now.
RNC is an experimental group, but probably not the first of it's kind. We have a experimental battle plan that will not be reveled until our first war.
