Customer: These are our new members. They can either stay as this rank to support the group or apply for trainee!
Noted Customer: These are 3 people; People that have donated / helped with the development of the group, people that have been fired as a AT+, or someone that is an allied representative.
Trainee: This is our first staff rank, and these are the people that are new to our team!
Junior Barista: These are people that are slightly experienced and have passed their training, so they know how to use everything in the cafe properly!
Barista: These are experienced people that know how to use everything in the cafe very well, and have been a long time employee.
Senior Barista: These are people that have worked at the cafe for a very long time, spending hours here. They have worked very hard to deserve this rank.
Professional Barista: They have worked very hard, coming on every day and have been noticed out of all our Senior Barista's for this rank.
Executive Team:
MR:
Assistant Manager: This is our first executive team rank. They get admin in the cafe and are able to be on our Trello.
Manager: This rank is our 2nd executive rank, that is 1 be#o######n#####l####ure into our executives, they are more trustworthy than assistant manager's and been very active.
Administration Team: This is the first rank that is able to host things and read applications! This rank must be very active to keep their rank and be hosting and reading daily.
Human Resources: This rank is the main rank that host things, they MUST host atleady 1 thing a week, whilst the others don't have to.
Staff Director: This rank directs all our LRs and MRs, along with the chiefs. This is the first rank that can hire AMs, but must ask for permission from a Chief Administrative Officer or higher.
Chief Administrative Officer: These are the people that are in charge of the our allies, the trello and discord. They make sure that all events are hosted on time and everything is running smoothly on the administrative side.
Chief Human Resources Officer: They are head of Interviews and Trainings, and make sure that a session is always being hosted by someone! They are the people you ask if you want to make an unscheduled interview / meeting.
Chief Operations Officer: They manage the day to day operations of the cafe, making sure everything is running smoothly.
Chief Executive Officer: These are our most experienced HRs, and the last HR rank. They have been working here for a long time and are very dedicated!
Head Executive: Being a head executive means you manage ALL the Chief officers, making sure they're doing their job properly and answering any questions they may have.
Vice President: This is the co owner of the group, they've worked very hard for this rank as no rank is higher than this.
