In the past year of Korean Air, we have realized that many staff members like to horseplay, or plain up have an attitude. This time, we don't have time to tell every single staff member to stop doing that. The majority behaves, but the attitude of some staff members won't be tolerated anymore. You MUST read the trello corresponding to your appropriate group rank and study over the constitution and staff regulations. Failure to abide by these regulations will include... 1) You may be given un-official warnings, but will not be tolerated after repetitive offenses. 2) After your first warning, it will be considered 'Strike 1'. 3) After your second warning, it will be considered 'Strike 2'. After a month, your warning(s) will be cleared and your record will be cleaned. If you do in a case commit more than 2 warnings in one month, you will be moved to suspension. This is a period of time where you will be closely monitored, and may not be permitted to work. This is a period of time when an administrative high rank can choose how long the worker can be suspended. During the suspension, the staff member will also most likely be demoted temporarily. Next in line is work fire. Obviously, getting fired.
