This will explain rules that everyone should know before playing the game, and will provide useful information, as well as answer most of your questions.

[Ranking/Ranks]
- The only way to rank up is to work for it.
-Do NOT ask for promotion, as this could lead to a demotion.
- Do NOT give out free ranks. No matter if you're friends, siblings, etc. Being caught doing this will result in a serious consequence!
- Do NOT abuse your powers. No matter what rank someone is, treat them with dignity and respect.
- Do NOT complain about being demoted. If you were demoted, it was because you did something against the rules. If you think you were falsely demoted, please PM Academic Council+ about it.

[Interviews]

[Promotions]
- Promotions are only given out to those who are hard-working, friendly, active and keen, and regularly go to both servers, interview and the restaurant.
- Do NOT beg for a promotion. Doing this will result in a warning which will then result in an instant demotion!

[Reporting]
- If someone is going against the rules, please take screenshots and send the proof on our discord.
- Do NOT make false reports against users.
- Do NOT expect us to demote a worker if you do not give us proof of their wrongdoing. (Exception: Unless there were multiple witnesses, minimum: 4)

[Group Shout & Wall)
- If you are going to use the group shout, please ensure that it is relevant. Promoting others groups/games, spamming the group shout, writing something that is not important, talking negative about the group/other people will result in a demotion.
- Please do NOT spam the group wall about inappropriate topics. Doing this will result in a permanent demotion/time out.

[Admin Commands]
- You are allowed to receive moderator when you have reached the rank of Vice Principal+ at the Interview Centre.
- You are allowed to receive moderator when you have reached the rank of Headmaster's Assistant on the main server.
- Do NOT abuse your admin powers! Being caught doing this will result in a timeout, even if you are a HR! Ways to abuse admin are as follows: :cage :sparkles :kill :explode :bighead :dog :bring all and more. If you are unsure about this, please ask Management Team+
- If you find someone abusing their powers, screenshot it and send it on the group discord.
- Any admin who is seen as an admin abuser will be instantly fired without question.

[Le Donutz]
- While at the server, please be respectful to all. This includes staff and customers.
- Please follow all of ROBLOX's rules and regulations.
