Hosting Procedure:
1. Make sure you have posted on the trello Training/Interview schedule, when training is(2 and a half hours before).
2. Using ;n say something like this, ex. "Training's | Host: Notorious_Warrior. | Slocking at 4:45pm PST. | Ranks 3+ allowed.
3. When training starts, say "Staff standing on the big line, and Trainees standing on the short line of whichever corresponding Job you want."
4. Slock the server, once full.
5. Make sure everyone is lined up except HR's.
6. Say to everyone, to spam C7RN. Anyone who's chat appears in Hashtags/####, you have the permission to kick them. Also, anyone refusing to, you kick them.
7. Say the Rules:
Rule #1: Promotion is earned through months of effort, dedication, and activity. Asking for one, just decreases your chances of getting one, and may get your fired or suspended.
Rule #2: Swearing, Shouting, Spamming, and Trolling etc. is not accepted, and will instantly stop you from getting your choice of Job. Same rule applies for Staff, but instead you will get fired.
Rule #3: No being rude or impatient, as your trainer is and trainer helpers are giving their time to help you. After 3 warnings, you will be instantly DISQUALIFIED from having your desire Job.
Rule #4: Everyone must use professionalism and Grammar at all times, whether it's here or at the group places. Such as the Hotel.
Rule #5: Please be considerate to ones opinion, and be respectful to one another. Following this rule, will not only make you a better person, but also increase your chances of getting your Job.
Rule #6: Anyone not following these rules will get fired if Staff, and for Trainees, you will be stopped from getting your Job. Also, you are never allowed to have a Job here again.
8. Start naming Staff to help. Get someone to kick the excess Staff for you, to make the process go faster.
9. Rank 13+ are ONLY allowed to be trainers or Supervisors.
10.Trainers should be rank 10+, unless there is no Staff that has that rank, you may choose a LR(Rank 4-9) to do it. Also, there should be at least 1 Supervisor rotating around to each station.
11. Supervisors should be always rank 13+.
12. Once someone has passed, you may start ranking them. But, make to confirm with the Trainer helper they have passed, and what Job it was in particular if they did.
13. Once finished hosting, make sure to still stay there, until everyone has left. (This is also a good time to answer questions or concerns).
Trainer Helpers: Quiz your trainees on 6 questions. Make sure the trainees get 3/6 questions correct along with proper Grammar, Punctuation, Spelling, and Capitalization to pass. Then, a test of them working as if they had the actual Job, using the knowledge of what the Trainers said. But, for those who are Trainer helpers for Barista and Chef, make sure to remind them to look at their Recipe Book.
