The Guiding Code
I. Respect all members of the Contingency, whether they’re below you or above you.
II. Always be well-behaved when on duty. If you’re in uniform or at an Astrical facility, you’re on duty and representing us as a group. Don’t act stupid and make poor decisions. Jokes/fun are welcomed, but they must be in the privacy of *team chat* and should not be made during *important events* like raids or defenses.
III. While grammar isn’t REQUIRED, it always looks more professional. Use it during recruitment sessions.
IV. While on duty, you must be IN UNIFORM. We understand not everyone has the funds for uniforms, so you may request a fund from Battlefists if needed.
V. Exploitation is not allowed at ANY time.
VI. Flaming must be kept to a minimum.

Promotions
Promotions are performed automatically by a bot at our facilities. To achieve a promotion, you must accumulate a certain amount of credits.
Promotion to [Allectus] - 50
Promotion to [Alpha] - 150
Promotion to [Gladiator] - 250
Promotion to [Maverick] - 375
Promotion to [Quartermaster] - 450
Promotion to [Commando] - 575
Promotion to [Legionnaire] - 700 + Officer Recommendation

10 Credits for Trainings
15 Credits for Raids
20 Credits for Defenses
Please keep in mind that credits are awarded to people who persevere, follow orders, and overall play smart. While combat skill is valued, it is NOT the only thing that gets you credits.

Chain of Command
This portion will explain the role of each rank/group of ranks.
[Minion to Commando]
These ranks are the standard infantry of the group. The Contingency relies mainly on these men and women to serve in their ranks; they are our main fighting force. These ranks are affected by the credit system, and require fulfillment of the certain ranks in order to be promoted.
Rights/Responsibilities:
-Serve as an active member of the group
-May join divisions
[Legionnaire]
Legionnaires are Officers in training. They are mentored by their superiors on how to effectively lead. They are given the ability to lead and are tested on their leadership skills without being subjected to the full power of an Officer.
Rights and Responsibilities:
-Serve as an active member of the group
-May join divisions
-May co-host trainings/raids (has ‘mod’ level admin permissions)
[Imperator to Saurfang]
These are the officers of the Contingency. They are the main leadership force of the group. Imperators through Saurfangs work in cohesion with each other to make the group a fun and enjoyable experience.
Rights and Responsibilities:
-Serve as an active officer of the group
-May join/lead divisions
-May host trainings/raids/defenses (has ‘admin’ level admin permissions)
-Act as a voting member of the High Command
[Warmaster]
The Second in Command of the group. The Warmaster is trusted with the group in the absence of the Overseer.
Rights and Responsibilities:
-Serve as an active officer of the group
-May join/lead divisions
-May host trainings/raids/defenses (has ‘admin’ level admin permissions)
-Act as a voting member of the High Command
-May instigate a vote in the High Command
-May make executive decisions with the approval of the Overseer
[Overseer]
The Overseer is the leader of the Contingency. All answer to him, and he answers to all.
Rights and Responsibilities:
-Serve as an active officer of the group
-May join/lead divisions
-May host trainings/raids/defenses (has ‘admin’ level admin permissions)
-Act as a voting member of the High Command
-May instigate a vote in the High Command
-May make executive decisions with the approval of the Warmaster
