SECTION 1: The term Honorary Guest shall be defined.
SECTION 2: Honorary Guest shall be defined as Cabinet+ officals.
SECTION 2A: However if Personal Previlege is called all Goverment Officals (Court Justice+) Shall be allowed to stay in the seats above the floor and paintings.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by The Speaker of the House, The Governor, The Lieutenant Governor, The Speaker Pro Tempore and the President Pro Tempore. And the Chief Court Justice if he/she ever has to preside over a inpeachment and/or a session.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect once signed.
SECTION 5: All legislation in conflict are null and void.
